In the end I got my comps taken away and kicked off property for a day, but I won't go back now, but I have the satisfaction of knowing I did no wrong. He must be a great guy and even better Executive Host. The on site host wouldn't even get on the phone with me, just told another person to tell me that 'I have not lost enough money there to get anything for free.' Wow. I emailed #CarrieGorgonio the casino sales executive, who was no help, I wanted to file a complaint and she got her boss to tell me the exact same thing, basically that they were not gonna do anything. I asked for some rewards credits for what they did and they keep pointing at other departments. But they literally kicked me out for no reason and lied about it. I've had issues with the hotel twice, and the casino once. The casino owned by them out here is Harrah's Kansas City Casino & Hotel. Their own employees bitch about how bad they are.
